The most successful way to achieve your goals is to begin with the Introductory Special. It is a one time package of three 50 minute one on one Pilates sessions. Please note that all clients desiring to move into Group Classes are required to go through at least 3 Private Pilates Sessions prior to joining any of the Group Classes. This is for your benefit, as you will learn the tools needed to flow with a Group in any Group Class. I invite you to take advantage of our Introductory Special!

Your booked appointment is reserved just for you. Your exercise program is designed for optimal outcomes and missed appointments will delay your progress. The full fee of your visit will be charged for missed appointments for cancellations without 24 hours notice.
