Pilates by Brianna follows a classical Pilates philosophy based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates. Classical Pilates focus on stretching and strengthening throughout the entire body, and uses breath to bring awareness to posture and spinal alignment. Pilates helps to develop functionally strong abdominal and back muscles and build a more balanced body. I look forward to welcoming you!
The Joseph Pilates 10-20-30 theory says that in 10 sessions you will notice a difference; in 20 sessions others will see a difference; and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body. This can be the case with a commitment to Pilates.
Pilates not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and mind-body connection. Take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity.
